Kembali saya menemui rekan-rekan. ada cerita tentang kesehatan tulang belakang. kita sebagai pendidik perlu memiliki kekuatan untuk tegak berdiri atau tampil dihadapan peserta didik. untuk itu kita perlu memiliki kekuatan badan yang prima. saya tulis dalam bahasa inggris sambil mengasah bahasa ingrisnya. siapa tahu kita diberi kesempatan untuk jalan jalan ke negeri asing.
A Strong and Healthy
Bone
All man or woman wish to have long life and in healthy
and maintain the strong. Having a strong and healthy bones is an
important investment in old age. Bone needs protection and keep it
healthy from a young age. Bone health is very important to be maintained
because the bones of the human body is a crutch. Without strong bones,
your body can not stand up straight, to the activity becomes inhibited.
Here I am sharing here Tips For Healthy and Strong Bones, based on
exposure and recommendation of doctors, an expert on health and aging.
-Have a Positive Thinking
Positive thinking will cast aside the
stress, and will make the body produce the hormone cortisol. This
hormone that causes loss of bone mass. If this happens repeatedly, over
time you will experience osteoporotic bone.
-Body Training
A study shows that if you do not exercise,
it tends to be more difficult to get a bigger bone, dense and strong.
How to increase bone strength is with weight training, especially to
loosen muscles and increase bone growth. Walking 10,000 steps every day
will also keep your feet bone strength.
-Consume foods high in vitamin D and calcium
Foods that contain vitamin D for example is cereal, yogurt, eggs, milk,
cheese along with foods containing derivatives. Another source of
vitamin D and calcium are green vegetables such as broccoli, spinach and
mustard greens. Nuts are also high in minerals such as red beans and
soybeans. For marine products rich in calcium and vitamin D are tuna,
sardines, anchovies and salmon. If you meet the nutritional vitamin D
and calcium, the bones will be stronger. Without sufficient vitamin D,
your body will not be able to absorb calcium so it has weak bones.
-Exposure to sunlight in the morning
Apart from food, vitamin D also can get from basking in the sun in the
morning. Only with 10 minutes of sun, then you are reducing the risk of
fractures by 30 percent. To that end, soak up the sun in the morning
from 7-9 o'clock in the morning. With the sun, the skin cells will soon
produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight (ultraviolet light). When low
levels of vitamin D the body will experience abnormal growth of the
foot, where the calf of the leg will form the letter O and X.
-Stop smoking and alcohol
People who smoke tend to have brittle bones. Meanwhile, people who drank
alcohol more than seven drinks a week can prevent bone absorb nutrients
from your food. That way, your
bones will become unhealthy, it is a
factor as a term being healthy, too.
